Exclusive: 'Bottled Blonde' bar planned for Lower Broadway's Trail West site following $20M land buy
Scottsdale-based Evening Entertainment Group, Nashville-based Alpha Development and Phoenix-based Creation Equity have been eyeing Broadway as a perfect place to build a Bottled Blonde.
“After eyeing the Nashville market for years, an Arizona entertainment firm and two other investors are ready to open a new bar on Lower Broadway, one of the city’s most-traveled tourist destinations.”
Tuck - Hinton is designing a 5 story building to host Bottled Blonde’s new bar and venue space to open in the Fall of 2023.
