Timber building on tap after developer buys Music Row site

Official kick-off of Panattoni’s third office development of Music Row.

Panattoni Development Co. paid $9 million for five properties on 16th Avenue South, according to newly filed public records. The land deal gives Panattoni control of a 0.84-acre site — where they are pitching what would be Nashville’s first new building with columns, beams and floors all made of wood.
